An advanced oxidation reaction occurs when light energy from the ultraviolet (UV) lamp reacts with the Tri-metallic Catalyst, oxygen, ozone, and a small amount of moisture in the air. This reaction creates cleansing elements, such as hydroperoxide radicals and superoxide ions which permeate the air. These ions and radicals clean the air by a natural process of oxidation (oxidizing harmful microbials and volatile gasses) just as a rain shower cleans the atmosphere when lightening strikes producing the same cleansing elements. Electron Generator
The unique dielectric chamber produces an electrostatic field that emits electrons into the surrounding air that attracts positively charged particles while reducing static charge. The negatively charged particles agglomerate (clump together) with the positively charged particles causing them to become neutrally charged and because they are now heavier, gravity pulls these particles to the floor or a surface area.  A great benefit is that these small to sub-micron dust particles that you cannot see with the eye, will not kick back up into your breathing space when you enter a room because they are now neutrally charged and will remain on the floor or surface area until vacuumed or wiped up.
